גופי חימום

חברת מ.א.מ טולס מספקת גופי חימום כפי שניתן להתרשם בהמשך הדף עצמו. לחברת מ.א.מ טולס ניסיון רב באספקה טכנית לחברות ובכלל. גופי חימום הינם החלקים הפנימיים המספקים בקרה בכל מיני סוגי מכשירים וטכנולוגיות בתעשייה, קיימים סוגים שונים של גופי חימום בגדלים שונים ולמטרות שונות, בעלי הספקים שונים ומגוונים בהם ניתן להשתמש על מנת לענות על דרישות הפעולה השונות.

גופי החימום או המחממים שלנו הינם של חברת לייסטר Leister שמייצרת ובונה גופי חימום למטרות שונות: גוף חימום גמיש, אינפרא אדום, טבולים וכו'.

קל לשילוב (רכוב מלמעלה) יחמם יתר על המידה על ידי זיהוי עם פלט אזעקה לגוף החימום. כלי בקרה יתר על מידת זיהוי עם פלט אזעקת סדרת LHS 61 היא הבחירה שלך עבור יישומי ביצועים גבוהים. קוטר השקע של 62 מ"מ לגרסאות 61S LHS ו -92 מ"מ לגרסאות LHS 61L לאפשר גבוה של אוויר זורם עם כוח החימום עד 16 קילוואט.

דגם LHS 41L SYSTEM

קל לשילוב (רכוב מלמעלה) יחמם יתר על מידת ההגנה על ידי אזעקה של גוף חימום שהתחמם יתר על המידה - עם יכולת חימום לאין שיעור. כיוון פלט אזעקה באמצעות שליטה מרחוק באמצעות ממשק פוטנציומטר האנלוגי (4 - 20 mA או 0 - 10 V) ופתוחה לולאה שונה LHS 41 מחממי אוויר סדרת מצבי שליטת לולאה סגורה ( closed-loop) זמינים לתצוגת LED (יעד / תצוגת ערך בפועל). קוטר צינור דוד של 50 מ"מ מאפשר להעביר זרימת אוויר מספיקה, גם עבור יישומי ביצועים גבוהים.

דגם LE 5000 DF

קל לשילוב במערכות מיזוג קיימות מתאימים למחזור, אפשרויות אבזור פשוטים ובטוחים על בדיקת דגימת אוויר. דור האחרון של מחממי אוויר כפולים מתכוכננים במיוחד לשימוש במצב סחרור אוויר חם. בהתאם לטמפרטורת כניסת האוויר ויציאת אוויר, כמות מסיבית של אנרגיה ניתן לשמור על ידי אוויר חם "מחזור". מצד הכניסה, המכשיר יכול בקלות לסבול טמפרטורות של עד 160 מעלות צלזיוס.
